Since our beginning as a single Memphis storefront in 1946, community has been a priority for Royal Furniture. Now in our third generation of family ownership and operation, with locations across Memphis, Jackson, Nashville and Birmingham, we continue to play an active roll in our local communities.

It is our privilege to work with area nonprofits to contribute to the success and well being of our neighbors, stakeholders and youth. Below are a few of the deserving organizations we have been honored to support over the years in various capacities. Royal in the Workplace

As we’ve grown, it’s become increasingly important to Royal Furniture to have a positive impact on our community and the environment. We’ve committed to sustainable habits by recycling the large volume of plastic, Styrofoam and cardboard that passes through our 400,000 square foot warehouse from our manufacturers, and implementing paperless options for payroll and customer bill pay. In 2016, Royal Furniture recycled nearly 1.2 MILLION pounds of packing materials.

Royal also invests in its most valued asset: our employees. As a result, more than 30 of our team members have celebrated 20 years of dedication to Royal Furniture. The longevity of our team has helped to sustain Royal’s culture of service and value for our customers over the life of the company.

We are grateful for the success our community, customers and our team have granted Royal Furniture over the years and we are dedicated to our active role in the local community and to preserving the family-operated atmosphere that has made Royal what it is today.
