Furniture Care Protection is a third-party warranty company offering a 4-Year extended warranty available for purchase with your new furniture. With this 4-Year Protection Plan, your furniture is covered against accidental stains and damage from most single incidents, such as a spill, puncture mark or pet stain. Furniture Care Protection may provide professional stain removal, repair advice and/or products to aid in the cleaning or repair of the stained or damaged area or item(s) under its extended warranty. If the stain or damage persists, Furniture Care Protection may arrange for a no charge in-home service by a professional technician. Depending on Furniture Care Protection’s determination, the stained or damaged area or item(s) may be repaired or replaced. Any single part of an item covered under this plan may be replaced a maximum of two times. If it is determined that the affected area or item(s) cannot be repaired or replaced, Furniture Care Protection may elect to issue a reselection for new replacement item(s) equal in value to the original purchase price of the affected item(s). The replacement items will not be covered under this Protection Plan.
