Online Bill Pay FAQ

Royal Furniture’s Online Bill Payment system at https://payments.royalfurniture.com enables customers with Royal Furniture accounts to:

• Pay bill online with an electronic check, debit card or credit card
• Enroll in Auto-Pay for a convenient worry free bill payment every month
• View statement and payment information 24/7
• Update information including address, phone and e-mail
• Sign up to receive text and/or e-mail alerts when a new statement is available

What you will need to sign-up:

• The account number, which can be found in the following places:
        1. Welcome e-mail
        2. A recent payment receipt
        3. E-mail billing@royalfurniture.com, Please allow 24 hours for response
        4. Contact your local Royal Furniture >>
• The last four numbers of the account holders social security number
• A valid e-mail address
• A password that is easy for you to remember. If you forget the password, please contact us Monday – Saturday at 901-579-2370, or at billing@royalfurniture.com
• Account holder’s cell phone number

Royal Furniture's Online Bill Payment system enables customers with Royal Furniture accounts to:

• Update information including address, phone and e-mail
• Sign up to receive text and/or e-mail alerts when a new statement is available
• View information in Spanish or English












To register for the first time, check the circle next to Register now for online billing. If you have already registered, continue to the sign in screen by selecting Take me to the sign-in screen option. Click Continue.










The registration page will be used to match your account number to your email address.

• Enter your account number to register your account. If you do not have your account number, please refer to the top for information on how to obtain it.
• Read and agree to the Terms of Service by checking the box
• The primary email address is where you will receive your monthly statements and any messages or special offers
• Record your user name and password for future reference and store in a secure location.
• Enter your cell phone number and select your cell phone carrier.
• Enter the last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number
• Click Confirm Opt-in for access to your Royal Furniture account







Statement: Choose how to view statements and pay your Royal Furniture account.

Click to View: Print or view the current statement. You can also pay directly from the statement by choosing the Click to Pay option under Amount Due.

Click to Pay: Payments by electronic check, credit card, or debit card are accepted.

Your Royal Furniture Account Statement has all the information needed to manage your account.

Previous Balance: The amount due on the account prior to most recent payment.

Last Payment: Amount and date the most recent payment posted on your account. Payments made after the statement date will not be reflected until the following statement.

Balance: Total amount due including finance charges.

Payoff: Payment needed to pay the account in full which includes rebated finance charges. Payoff must be received by the date listed.

Current Payment Amount: Contractual monthly payment due each month for the term of contract.

Past Due Late Fees: Amount of fees incurred for payments not received before the due date.

Past Due Payment Amount: Total amount of contractual payments which are currently delinquent.

Amount Due: Total of current payment in addition to past due late fees and contractual payments. This is the payment amount needed to be current on your account.

Payments can be made 4 ways:

1. Click here to make a payment online.
2. Mail a check or money order to the P.O. Box 3784, Memphis, TN 38173-0784. Please include the bottom portion of your printed statement and your account number on the check or money order to ensure accurate and timely credit to your account.
3. Call our billing department Monday through Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., at 901-579-2370 or 800-294-8450, or the automated system at 901-527-0523.
4. Pay at any Royal Furniture location. Click here for directions and phone numbers to our store locations.



Auto-Pay is a worry free way to ensure your Royal Furniture account is paid on time every month with just a few easy steps. All you will need to enroll is a checking or savings account with the account holders first and last name, the type of account, the bank account and bank routing number. Once you electronically sign your name after agreeing to the terms of service, you will receive an e-mail to the email address or addresses on file verifying your enrollment in Auto-Pay at Royal Furniture.


Things to know about Auto-Pay:

• Auto-Pay will be in effect for the next billing statement, please be aware the current month will need to be scheduled manually

• Auto-Pay payments can be drafted from a checking or savings account only

• Auto-Pay amount is the Current Amount Due in addition to any late fees shown on your monthly statement

• Payment due dates on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed the next business day and not subject to late fees when enrolled in Auto-Pay

• Auto-Pay payments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the due date

• An e-mail with the amount and date of each auto payment will be sent to the email address or addresses on file

• Scheduled payments can always be located by logging into payments.royalfurniture.com and selecting the Payment Summary tab





Manage Your Account: Change your primary email address. Your login ID, First Name and Last Name cannot be altered. If that information requires correction, please contact (901) 579-2370.

Change Password: You can also change your password, which is recommended every three months. Click It will bring up a window to enter and confirm the new password. Save Changes.









Change of Address: Update your address and phone number. Once all fields are filled out, Submit Address Change Request. Requests can take up to 5 days to process.







Payment Summary: Any payments made online will be listed. Payments made over the phone, via mail or in the store will not be listed.





Messages: Are sent directly from Royal Furniture and includes payment confirmations and changes to your account.



Add Account: If you have recently added to or reopened a closed account, you can associate your new account number with your existing user name and password. Select the Add Account button at the top right of the page and enter your new nine digit account number. Once you choose continue, the accounts will be linked.















Add Another Email Notification: Under Statements, register more than one e-mail address for statement delivery.


















Add Text Message Notification: Receive a text message when your statement is available. Once the cell phone number is entered and cell phone provider is chosen. Text Message charges may apply from phone provider.







Start a Room Plan
