Royal Back To School Giveaway

Beginning Saturday, July 30, 2016 and continuing through the contest period, the rules and regulations for the Royal Furniture Back To School Giveaway will be available on RoyalFurniture.com. The contest period is from Saturday, July 30, 2016 through Friday, August 19, 2016, with entries being accepted from Saturday, July 30, 2016 through 5:00pm CDT on Friday, August 19, 2016. Weekly prizes will be awarded on Friday, August 5, 2016 and Friday, August 12, 2016. The grand prize will be awarded on Friday, August 19, 2016.

How To Enter Beginning Saturday, July 30, 2016 and continuing through Friday, August 19, 2016, you can go to Royal Furniture Company’s Facebook page, www.facebook.com/RoyalFuritureCompany and click on the Back To School Giveaway link where people may enter the contest. A person can register once over the entry period for the contest by entering their email address, first name and last name. The entry must be submitted by the person whose name appears on the entry form; entries cannot be submitted for another person or in another person's name. During the entry process, an entrant may also choose to share the contest with their Facebook friends on their Facebook wall by clicking the "Share" button on the contest entry form. For each entry that results from the share, the person receives an additional entry, up to a total of 10 entries. This is the only way that a person can obtain additional entries in the contest. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. No entries will be accepted by mail or by delivery to the offices of Royal Furniture Company. Only entries posted on Royal Furniture Company’s Facebook page, www.facebook.com/RoyalFuritureCompany, will be eligible. All entries must be posted by 5 p.m. (CDT) on the date of the prize drawing – Friday, August 5, Friday, August 12 and Friday, August 19, 2016. All entries must be completed in their entirety to be eligible to win.

How To Win On each of the following dates, Friday, August 5, Friday, August 12 and Friday, August 19, 2016, just after 5:00 p.m. (CDT), there will a random selection process to determine one (1) winner per weekly prize. There will be no more than one winner for each prize given away during the contest period. If the randomly selected entry for each prize drawing meets all the entry and eligibility requirements, they will be designated as the winner of that specific week's prize. An entrant is not eligible to win more than one prize in the contest. Each winner will be notified by email by a member of the Royal Furniture staff according to the notification date listed in the prize schedule (included in the PRIZE section below). Each winner's name may be included in a post on Facebook on the day following the drawing. If a winner's name and/or Facebook profile picture are deemed inappropriate, Royal Furniture reserves the right to declare the winner ineligible and conduct another selection process to determine an alternate winner. Winner must meet all terms of contest rules, including eligibility restrictions and conditions. Failure to meet any terms of eligibility or other conditions of this contest will result in forfeiture of the prize. After the winner has been selected and notified of winning, if the winner is declared ineligible, elects not to accept the prize, or does not pick up the prize by the specified date provided in their notification email, the prize becomes the property of the Royal Furniture Company. At its sole discretion, Royal Furniture Company may choose to conduct another selection process from the remaining entries to determine an alternate winner(s). Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of entries received.

Prize Schedule On Friday, August 5, 2016, one entrant will be chosen at random to win a TOSHIBA 32” Class LED -720p HDTV (Value: $399.99). Entry Period: Saturday, July 30, 2016 – Friday, August 5, 2016 at 5:00pm CDT The winner is to be notified via email by Monday, August 8, 2016. On Friday, August 12, 2016, another entrant will be chosen at random to win a TOSHIBA 43” LED -1080p HDTV (Value: $699.99). Entry Period: Friday, August 5, 2016 at 5:01pm – Friday, August 12, 2016 at 5:00pm CDT The winner is to be notified via email by Monday, August 15, 2016. On Friday, August 19, 2016, one entrant will be chosen at random to win a TOSHIBA 55” LED -1080p HDTV (Value: $999.99). Entry Period: Friday, August 12, 2016 at 5:01pm – Friday, August 19, 2016 at 5:00pm CDT The winner is to be notified by email by Monday, August 22, 2016.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chance of winning. Void where prohibited. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter and/or win unless otherwise specified in the prize information. Winners must provide name, address, phone number, date of birth, and Social Security number or other Federal ID number. Full time, part-time or temporary employees of Royal Furniture Company, and their immediate family, or anyone who resides in the same household as the employee are ineligible to participate or win. Can enter one time during contest period. Open only to residents who live or work within 50 miles of a Royal Furniture Company location. All prizes are non-refundable, non-redeemable, and non-transferable. No cash substitution will be available. Prizes may be substituted should they be unavailable due to circumstances beyond Royal Furniture Company’s control. Winners must claim their prizes at the Royal Furniture Company location nearest them. The winners will work with Royal Furniture Company to determine that location and a time to pick up their prize. Winners have ten (10) calendar days from the date of the drawing to contact Denise at 901-348-9184 or denise@royalfurniture.com and make arrangements to pick up their prize. If the winner does not contact Royal Furniture Company in the 10 day time period after the drawing, the prize may become the property of Royal Furniture Company. Royal Furniture may choose, at its own discretion, to draw another winner from the existing pool of entries for that prize. Any prize not picked up from Royal Furniture Company (or from another designated pickup location if applicable) by Friday, September 23, 2016, at 5:00 p.m. (CDT), will remain the property of Royal Furniture Company. NO prize will be mailed. No exceptions. Winners agree that no prize will be sold, given away, nor in any other manner be used in direct promotion of any business. Each winner must sign a liability release form relieving Royal Furniture Company of any liability for damage or harm winner(s) might incur in claiming or using the prize. Failure to sign the release form will result in forfeiture of the prize. Valid identification (driver's license, birth certificate, or valid state or Federal ID) must be presented to Royal Furniture Company in order to claim the prize. Royal Furniture Company is not required to honor other forms of identification or any identification that has been tampered with or altered. Winners are responsible for all other expenses except as listed under PRIZE in the contest rules. Royal Furniture Company will not provide any money for any expenses incurred as a result of claiming or using the prize, including but not limited to transportation, parking and other incidental expenses incurred while claiming or using the prize. One person using any of the prize elements must be 18 years or older unless otherwise specified in the prize information. Any child using any element of the prize must be accompanied by their parent(s) and/or legal guardian. Conditions: Winners may be asked to participate in video and still photography publicizing the contest. Failure to participate in video and still photography publicizing the contest may result in forfeiture of the prize. Entry in the contest will serve as agreement and consent from the participant for the participant's name and likeness to be posted on Royal Furniture Company's Facebook page, on RoyalFurniture.com, or in other public forums in order to publicize and promote this contest. Royal Furniture Company is not responsible if any potential winner notification is not received by email or for any reason due to inaccurate contact information provided at the time of entry or if the e-mail it sends to a potential winner is misdirected or bounces back or is intercepted by SPAM or other e-mail filters. Royal Furniture is a safe sender of email. Royal Furniture Company is not responsible for any failure to access RoyalFurniture.com, Royal Furniture Company's Facebook page or the BACK TO SCHOOL GIVEAWAY section due to technical difficulties with RoyalFurniture.com’s host provider, Facebook, an electrical failure, acts of God, or any other Internet-related malfunction. Royal Furniture Company reserves the right to cancel the BACK TO SCHOOL GIVEAWAY at any time if there is any technical corruption. In the event the contest is cancelled, Royal Furniture reserve the right to conduct a random selection to award the prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. Royal Furniture Company is not responsible for late, illegible, incomplete, altered, lost or misdirected entries, for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the contest, or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failure or technical failures of any kind and such entries will be void. All entries become the property of Royal Furniture Company and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries may be used for marketing purposes by Royal Furniture Company. Due to unforeseen circumstances that can arise from time to time, the Royal Furniture Company BACK TO SCHOOL GIVEAWAY can be discontinued at any time during the promotional period. Any person violating any of the above rules may be required to forfeit the prize.
